Viva Health Club Blacktown offers its gym members a multitude of FREE fitness classes that include a variety of strength training, circuit training, cardiovascular training, bootcamp style and boxing. These are all GREAT forms of training if you’re looking at losing some unwanted body fat, tone up, stay motivated, or your just wanting to MAXIMISE your time spent at the gym! Classes run for 45 minutes each (senior classes for 30 minutes) and are suitable for all ages and fitness backgrounds, both beginner and experienced.

Bootcamp – a high intensity class for members of all levels. This class will get your heart rate up and melt away fat!
Box n’ Burn – a variety of training styles that is designed to burn the maximum amount of calories.
Cardio Circuit – a great mix of cardiovascular training, including running, rowing, riding and cross training.
Circuit Weights – a fun, fast paced, high energy weights circuit designed for burning calories.
Senior Circuit – tailored specifically for our senior members, using a variety or strength training, cardio training and stretching.
Strength & Tone – a fitness class where members can increase their all over body strength and tighten up any problem areas.
